how does it work?

You fill out the inquiry form or email us direct with your details. We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a time and date. We require a deposit to secure the booking.
You will receive information via email regarding the booking and the photoshoot day. Any other questions can be directed to our email.
On the photoshoot day the final balance will be paid in cash or via paypal. When you and your pup arrive we will go over liability forms and the the fun begins.
Your dog will be conditioned to the set up, Lights, camera etc… in the first 5-10mins of the shoot and then its time for them to shine.
How long does it take for the photos to be ready?

You will receive your online gallery with the unedited selection within 7days of the shoot. Once you have selected your favourite images from here your files will be ready between 4-5 weeks
What happens if i need to cancel the session?

If a cancellation is made 7days or more prior to the shoot day then no further payment will be required. (all deposits are non-refundable). If a cancellation is made less than 7days prior to the shoot then 50% of the final balance will be required.
You can reschedule a session free of charge up to 7days in advance (a maximum of 2 times)
How far in advance do i need to book?

Spaces for shoots are very limited so I would recommend booking 4-6weeks in advance.
